These AirPods are special

Horrible Best Buy Customer Services!!!!

I got an email from Best Buy that they were delivered but they were not. I have a ring doorbell and zero deliveries! I’ve spent hours!!! On the phone with Best Buy customer service only for they to deny my claim for another pair to be shipped out or picked up at the store. I also asked for stripe credit or a refund?!! Anything to make it right. Best Buy was unwilling to make it right to a loyal customer. Horrible Customer Service policy!! I’m shocked and will not be shopping at Best But any longer!!!! $149 AirPods… not talking about an iPhone . Just terrible. Save yourself the trouble and do not shop at Best Buy!!!!!!!!!
