The airpods themselves are just kind of ok. The battery life isn't as advertised, and the sound quality is about as good as any number of cheaper alternatives. The fit is good, and they work well for phone calls. I like the short stems because they aren't as apparent in your ears. They work as expected with apple devices, but have disappointing limitations with android devices. It isn't that android, or the headphones are incapable of those features, it's a conscious decision to limit their capabilities with a competing device. If these weren't specifically what was asked for, I'd recommend something else. You can find the same features and sound quality for much less money.
