Can’t use the phone!!!

You’re supposed to but when I try no one can hear me they complain that it sounds horrible on the other end. As soon as I switch back to my old first gen AirPods the other person can hear me just fine.

I must have got a bad one

When i have them in at work people on thr phone with me can barely here me. If i put my amazon earbuds in, they can hear me much better.

The right airpod is quieter than the left one and this isnt the first time that’s happened. I’m tired of this happening especially since I paid $170 for them. It’s ridiculous and frustrating and this needs to be fixed.

Just buy headphones

Dropped them into a cookie I was decorating at work. T.T - also side note if you work around microwaves it literally just disconnects or starts playing all weird.

WAIST OF MONEY

I paid nearly $69 more for something I thought would be substantially better but these do nothing hit provide a terrible sound and fall out of my ears. My old 2nd generation AirPods worked way better and these are absolutely terrible. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!
