    It’s a great product in general I have had plenty headphones from Apple. This is not necessarily an issue with best buy but not have a charger in box for new device is ludicrous as it’s been difficult to find a charger for new device.

    Don't fit my ear as well as the last model but sound is clear and strong. Also doesn't display remaining battery on my phone like last version also.
