The AirPods came factory sealed and ready to go. Best Buy sent tracking info right away, so I knew exactly when they’d arrive, and they showed up right on time. Once I opened them, they connected to my phone instantly and sounded amazing. The customer service and delivery process were top-notch—couldn’t have asked for a better experience.     I’ve had a good experience with Apple AirPods overall. I previously used the second-generation model, which worked great and fit my ears really well. The newer version has some improvements in sound quality and noise features, but I’ve found the fit to be a bit different —they don’t stay in as well. I’ll still keep using them, but the fit is definitely a noticeable change.
