Really like the option of having noice reduction or mot

Bought for my 15 year old. No complaints he’s happy

They don’t fit as they used to after the design change. Sound quality is average not so great

Mic cuts out a lot when on a phone call but other then that it’s great

I’m really disappointed with the Apple AirPods 4. For a product at this price point, the sound quality is unacceptable. One earbud is noticeably louder than the other, which makes listening uncomfortable and distracting, especially for music or calls. I’ve tried adjusting settings and reconnecting them, but the imbalance persists. Overall audio clarity is also underwhelming compared to previous models and competitors. Apple usually delivers consistent quality, but these feel rushed and poorly balanced. I would not recommend these to anyone who values sound quality or a reliable listening experience.

Won’t recognize this to no one. Too many issues and doesn’t even bring the usbc cable. K

I bought this in the air pods a few months ago and they are not charging. I bought them ahead of time for my daughter's birthday. I gave them to her in September less than a month ago and they are not charging properly. This is not the first time I buy Apple product at this store and both they have issues. I bought an iPod for my daughter in Christmas and within few months stated to show some lines in the bottom of the screen. Best buy said they couldn't do anything about and the repair will cost me the same as a new one. I am done with Best buy

When you use airports like 1 hours continue is heating

Everything is good for this new AirPods for me since my last AirPods can only connect to one of the buds. one of thing I don’t like is I cannot use some of the function just because my iPhone not upgrade to IOS 18 such as searching. And the charger for this AirPods need to be type c however it is not provided

Great headphones. These headphones are an upgrade from previous models.

Fall out of ears, poor battery performance, no magnetic charging, terrible Find My tracking. Sound is decent but the ambient noise bleed is noticeable. Much cheaper headphones have performed way better for me. Mic quality is good.

Darn... too big for my ears. They WILL fall out the minute I turn my head quickly! I so sad. They will be great for people with huge ears, just not very comfortable for ME. I don't want to return them, so I guess I'll keep them and just use them indoors. :-(

I've been trying so hard to like these given how expensive they are and how many pairs of a AirPods I’ve owned that have just stopped working. It must be a sign from the gods for me to stop trying to give Apple earphones a chance. I know Apple spends so much time normalizing data regarding the general public’s ear shape from their massive samples, but these just never did it for me. I tried to get myself to become okay with them because I usually use them during lunch, when my jaw is moving, so I figured that was why they were falling out of my ears, but I've worn them several times without moving my jaw / chewing and it hasn't made an iota of difference. They still fall out. Then, I regularly come back after 24 hours and try to use them when one of them just hasn't been charging and is down to 1% battery, even though I literally only ever use them at work during my lunch break. I keep buying Apple products because the overwhelmingly glowing reviews make me feel like I'll end up loving them, too, but it really seems — embarrassingly — that their marketing as well as all the positive reviews have turned me into a sheep at this point. This was the last straw for me.
