Weak sound

I’m so thankful Best Buy had a great return option so that I could exchange them for a better pair.

Horrible new design

They are way too big for my ear and there are no accessories to buy from Apple for them. Had to go to Amazon. And now I have to carry the extra ear pieces with me everywhere. And I’ve since lost one. Apple could have kept the original design and just added the new design. And I’m not the only one who these do not fit.

Doesnt come with USBC charger

The experience is tainted once I realized these airpods require a special USBC type charger that is not common or usual for apple previous apple products. This shouldve atleast been mentioned broadly on the product page.

I had that Apple AirPods third generation and they worked far far better than the new 4th generation! Wish I would’ve just kept my third generation ones!

Not worth it

Unfortunately, the new ones are trash. It’s not loud and you can only hear clear when your in a quiet room.
