I couldn't imagine using these headphone while running or working out, or even standing.

They are different than the older pair and I feel they are sometimes hard to hear with. Overall they are ok.

Mines actually came malfunctioning and they’re not the best with sound however communication with others through them is elite

I gave it four stars because Not sure if it’s my ears but they keep falling out when I’m bend down or move too quickly. I have to keep readjusting them and pushing them into my ear.
