    The AirPods are decent, but they didn’t completely meet my expectations. The sound quality is fine for everyday use, but it’s not as full or rich as I hoped. They connect quickly most of the time, but I’ve had a few moments where the connection drops or one earbud cuts out.

    I traded in my old AirPods for new ones and the staff at the Utica location could not have been nicer. They explained all about the trading program which I didn't know about and glad I had my old ones with me. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
