    I do appreciate some of the new capabilties built into AirPods 4. But for this base model, I prefer the AirPod 2 touch sensor vs the AirPods 4 'press' on the stem sensor. Quite a bit more clumsy to me. Seems like a step backwards. Maybe more useful in the pro models. Additionally, for whatever reason I lose bluetooth connection more often with the AirPod 4.

    I brought these air pods for my daughter for Xmas. Which I waited to last minute to purchase . The air pods works perfect , which I have never brought anything from Best Buy that didn’t work. And I can honestly say I order online and was able to pick up on Xmas eve. So Best Buy saved the day for me .

    I am overall pleased with the AirPods, although I did have to exchange the first pair because the left pod stopped working. The audio would fade in and out, also I guess the microphone in it was faulty because within a phone call, the caller couldn’t hear me clear and sometimes not at all. Maybe just a coincidence. The second pair work great
