Just save your money or go buy the airpod pros. Its way more better then these the pros you can turn up and turn down the volume, the pros have way better audio in my opinion, sounds crisp. DO NOT GET THE 4th GEN!!! Get the pros

After 2 agents, one a supervisor stated they would issue my replacement order they did not hold their word. They kept my money and never gave me my product.

The earbuds are lightweight and comfortable, sitting securely in the ears even during long wear. The battery life matches the description - about 5 hours without the case and around 30 hours with it. The sound is clear and spacious, with voices and melodies coming through especially well. They’re perfect for calls too - the other side hears me clearly without background noise.

Also it doesnt have the extra effect just plain regular headphones. I will be buying the 2nd generation in place of these!

I returned them and got the Powerbeats Pro. With these I have to use an earpiece holder. I think Powerbeats Pro will replace the Airpods. They have with me. I am catching this on sale for $50 off. I need to nab them while I can to replace the aging Airpods 3. I always have two pair so I am trading the other Airpods 3 in for another Powerbeats Pro.
