Problem is keeping them 8n the ears as there are no different size tips

Pretty much use them seven days out of the week. These things are awesome.

I am very frustrated writing this review because I think I have been very understanding of the circumstances. Long story short, I initially purchased these headphones for my boyfriend in October for his 25th Birthday and with every Apple product we get I add Apple care to it for issues like this. For some weird reason, we’ve had to return these headphones for different ones about 3 times. He got otp with Apple care a month ago because the pods refuse to charge in the case (either the right or left pods). After the return window expired on the ones once he got replaced he decided to call Apple Care. Their solution was for him to send the troubled pod to them so they can examine it to make sure it’s faulty before they send him another one. Or he has to wait 3 weeks after he sends Apple the entire AirPods to get a whole new one. He is in North Carolina and the closest Apple Store to him is about 2 hours away. This is so upsetting because these were meant to be a gift to celebrate him and for him to understand the love a care I have for him instead it’s been a freaking NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I don't think it's fair that for the price, it doesn't come with a charging cable. Otherwise, it's a good device and really effective.

Air pods doesn’t work properly. The volume randomly adjusts

For pricing it’s alright. I will be returning because the the AirPod first generation sounded with better quality as well as it glitches with a single AirPod in.

Bought these to replace my older generation AirPods. Unfortunately, the sound profile is harsh/sharp. I normally listen to YouTube videos throughout the day. But, now I can only listen for 30-45 minutes before my eardrums are irritated. The higher frequencies are elevated with no way to tune them down. The "S" and "T" sounds are emphasized in almost every video. About the microphone, I asked friends how I sounded to them. They also said I sounded "close" or "harsh" and not natural. I tried changing the headphone accessibility and hearing protection settings in my iPhone. But, none of the settings fixed the issue. I'm on the latest iOS. I did not have these issues with my older AirPods. Big thank you to BestBuy for understanding; and letting me return this item.

I bought these two months ago and the volume has to be all the way up for me to be able to even hear slightly

I didn’t like they were too big in my ear and It felt uncomfortable.

Not liking the new design. And upset that it was changed. They are way too big for my ear and there are no accessories to buy from Apple for them. Had to go to Amazon. And now I have to carry the extra ear pieces with me everywhere. And I’ve since lost one. Apple could have kept the original design and just added the new design. And I’m not the only one who these do not fit.

I think I got a bad pair. I sound is so low I can barely hear, the right airpod give static every as if its on a walkie talkies freguency. Open right away if you try this product. I slacked waiting on a case for them. Luckily I purchased the insurance hoefully the will figure out the problem.

They keep falling out of my ears, I had the gen 1 before and they worked perfectly without ever falling out. It’s annoying using them to workout or run

These AirPods have less functionality then last generation with no individual AirPod tracking. Not cool tbh

My order was never delivered. Fed ex reports that they lost it and I am having a hard time getting in touch with someone at Best Buy.

They do the trick. No magsafe charging which I was disappointed to find out but otherwise they're ok.

Do not buy. Their return window is so small. purchased listed in Excellent condition and received Good showing obvious signs of wear. They barely hold a charge for more than one hour of talk time. The listing's condition was misrepresented, and the performance is severely degraded.

Mad I brought them. Don’t fit snug in my ears. The first version fits better in my opinion

Not comfortable in ears easily fall out sound is real good.

They are ok. I feel like when I had bought my first pair yrs ago they were better. I wish they were better

Battery will not last. Very disappointed and was not able to return the item. Not sure if I’m going deaf, but can’t hear unless the volume is high.
