I was told by the sales rep that these would charge wirelessly with a MagSafe charger. I tried multiple MagSafe chargers and they didn’t work. I bought a special case to “improve” the wireless charging and it didn’t help either. Today, I discovered that these do not charge wirelessly, which was the only reason why I wanted to upgrade. I feel misled and super disappointed that I can’t exchange or return them because there is only a 2 week warranty.

They stop working after 4 weeks. Very disappointing.

They do not stay in my ear. I’m returning them for the AirPod Pro 3

It’s unusually smaller, including the case. It came without a power cord. So far, I didn’t use it. I hate it. It’s my 3rd time using AirPods. The previous ones were normal size, it was great to use.

These are different from the previous generation AirPods in term of ear fit. I had no trouble with and liked the previous gen. This Airpods 4 doesn't fit right and it keeps on falling out. Very disappointed.

Poor quality headphones first impression out the box was the cheap feeling of the case considering I “upgraded” from 2nd gen is just disappointing. Apple just tries to cut as many corners as possible now.(and why did they think it was a good idea to squeeze the earbuds instead of how it used to be touch)

Ive had all apple air pods and I don't care for these, they fall out my ears constantly.

I had some older AirPods and wanted to buy new ones, but these were really bad. After charging them, I started listening to music and the battery dropped from 100% to 89%, and then it went down by 1-2% for each song I listened to. The next day, I went back and returned them. I'm not sure if they were defective, but I ended up sticking with my old ones instead.

This item needs a little work, it’s a lot of background noise they go in and out when talking on them, sometimes it sounds like you’re talking to someone in a tunnel. There just a poor quality if I could return them I would

Bad on ears they are loose fall from ears easy not buy it

The rIght ear would not connect. I had to return them.

They don't fit well. You put them as you put them. They always let go and bounce on the floor

Made cheaper and bud is smaller and can barely grab them out of case

I hope these are brand new and not refurbished best buy!

sound quality isn't what i expected. also not having noise cancelation is a real bummer

I don’t like that they don’t have the ear tips bc it falls out of your ear easily. And there really is no cool functions to this. Don’t recommend. Get the pros

Air pods low and not charging couldn’t find any option to be replaced

i ordered these a week before halloween and they automatically said the shipment was delayed.

I had selected the used Air Pods 4 with good quality but unfortunately, their voice is low. I am already using Airpods 2 and their voice is far better. I believe this product had this defect. Thanks to Buy Best return policy, it was quite easy for me to return.

The battery does not last long and it’s very annoying because it drops very easily to the point I need to charge the case and can’t use the AirPods
