After full charge it work around 3 and half hours only.

not working correctly. its not reacting to double touch

Won’t stay in my ears good. Afraid I’m going to lose them

This is the third pair I’ve purchased in the last few years. These broke too. One of the buds stops connecting and I get no sound. I’m done with Apple audio products.

It stopped working within two weeks. I couldn’t hear nothing out of them. I’ve got to take it to the Apple Store to see what’s wrong with them.

It’s has loud noise this is the worst pair I would like to see improve before I buy another pair

They stopped being loud after like one month and then the left one completely went out I never damaged them or anything maybe just a bad batch i don’t know

These are the only times I had an issue with my AirPods. They won't pick up audio, people can't hear me, and sometimes I hear a ringing noise

They fell right out of my ears , didn’t like them ! I return them !!!!

The box appeared to have water damage. I returned the item.

They aren’t real AirPods, I suggest if your going to pay for these might as well get real ones from apple. Save yourself the trouble.

I can hear fine when playing music but when talking on the phone i have to have both earbuds in my ear to hear the person talking. I took it back to best buy for assistance and was told i only had 15 days to bring it back and i didnt pirchase some type to plan. Which is ridiculous. This is my last time buying airpods. Maybe i need to give beats a try

I don’t recommend these AirPods. I loved the AirPods that were first released. They lasted me years! These new generation AirPods don’t have a button on the back to connect to other devices. They will only pair with one iPhone. I cannot pair them with any other devices. They don’t show up

I really dislike them. The ear size is much larger than the AirPods 2. They don’t fit properly fit, hurt my ears. I even bought nonslip covers, but still terrible. Do not recommend unless you try them on and make sure they fit you.

This are the worst air pods so far. I wish they still made the original ones and I’m so upset I lost mine or I would still be using them!! These do not stay in your ears and they continuously connect to my watch whenever I wear it.

so bad, they took a month to ship it to me, and their customer service so bad, also when i got this item, i was disappointed like when i listen to something, the peoples next to me can heard the same

Theses AirPods is a terrible fit. They do not stay in your ears. You are risking losing this product. The staff at the store were very nice and understanding to my concerns.

Started having connectively and sound issues just a couple weeks after purchase. Initially it was individuals I was calling would randomly not be able to hear me in the middle of a call, but I could hear them. Recently, the left AirPod will start making an odd squeaking noise and then cut out in the middle of a call.

I gave them for a Christmas present. I found out yesterday when the person tried them that they were terrible. I called to return the gift and was told I could not. It hasn’t been 30 days from when the gift was given. I’m not pleased with this type of customer service and will never use Best Buy again for any purchases. I was a great customer and will find somewhere else to shop.

I write this review as a highly dissatisfied Apple shareholder. This line of airpods should not be sold!!! They do not fit your ears, consistently fall out, the charging case constantly opens on its own. I lost both pair within one week. I have had my first gens for 3 years, and still have BOTH. This product is HORRIBLE, take it off the shelf!!!!!
