I bought them ahead of time for my daughter's birthday. I gave them to her in September less than a month ago and they are not charging properly. This is not the first time I buy Apple product at this store and both they have issues. I bought an iPod for my daughter in Christmas and within few months stated to show some lines in the bottom of the screen. Best buy said they couldn't do anything about and the repair will cost me the same as a new one. I am done with Best buy

Great sound, not great size for smaller ears

They constantly fall out, even when I am just walking. I thought I would give them a good amount of time to see if my ears would adjust to the size and they didn’t. And now I can’t return them!
