I’ve had issues with my headphones ever since I got them. I tried to return them but couldn’t because it turns out that the return policy is 2 weeks and not a month. So now I’m stuck with these horrible headphones.

I ordered this item on August 16, 2025. On October 1st, still haven’t received the item. Talked to Best Buy customer service and they were of no help. The person who helped me over the phone had a strong accent when speaking English and was in an extremely loud environment, I couldn’t hear a thing. You’d think they’d hire customer service representatives that were more proficient in English when speaking to English speaking customers. Thank you Best Buy for your terrible customer service and for trying to rip me off. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Very poor fit, not a good quality product. The price is not justified for the product you receive. The sound quality is so much worse than in previous models, the charging station takes forever and has short life.

They keep falling out. I don’t like them. The other generations were better. I lost one ear bud so I had to upgrade. If i could return and get the other ones I would but I haven't seen any more of the older models.

I have had my original iPods forever. Got these as my old ones wore out. The fit is… not for me. While they aren’t noise cancelling it was like they wanted to fall out. And I could hear everything. Ended up returning hoping someone would like better.

Ordered an Airpods4 online — simple, right? Just pick it up at the store. But apparently, someone “already picked it up” for me. Funny thing is, that someone wasn’t me. After waiting around 30 minutes while they “checked the cameras,” another employee finally realized my headset was given to the wrong person. Mistakes happen, sure — but what really surprised me was that the manager who handled it never even bothered to say sorry. Guess basic customer service isn’t part of the training anymore.
