They keep falling out of my ears, I had the gen 1 before and they worked perfectly without ever falling out. It’s annoying using them to workout or run

I think I got a bad pair. I sound is so low I can barely hear, the right airpod give static every as if its on a walkie talkies freguency. Open right away if you try this product. I slacked waiting on a case for them. Luckily I purchased the insurance hoefully the will figure out the problem.

Not comfortable in ears easily fall out sound is real good.

Was so disappointed with these honestly had so much hype for them but so uncomfortable to wear not only that but sound quality was terrible. I’m so thankful Best Buy had a great return option so that I could exchange them for a better pair.

They do the trick. No magsafe charging which I was disappointed to find out but otherwise they're ok.

No customer support and i have received damaged product and they are not support on this. Totally money waste

These are my fourth pair of AirPods and they're the worst I've ever owned. They're awful. The first generation ones were so much better than these.

I bought these two months ago and the volume has to be all the way up for me to be able to even hear slightly

The sound is decent but the shape is awful. They fall out constantly because of the shape.

I ordered this item for a Christmas gift. I did not receive the item. Best Buy will not give me a refund. I had to buy the item from another store for a Christmas present.

I upgraded from AirPods 3 to 4 thinking it was going to be better because the old ones were dying faster than usual. Unfortunately, the new ones are trash. It’s not loud and you can only hear clear when your in a quiet room.

Only one AirPod works at a time. I have tried everything but nothing works.

Battery life was not so good, also kept coming loose in ear.

Not liking the new design. And upset that it was changed. They are way too big for my ear and there are no accessories to buy from Apple for them. Had to go to Amazon. And now I have to carry the extra ear pieces with me everywhere. And I’ve since lost one. Apple could have kept the original design and just added the new design. And I’m not the only one who these do not fit.

I sorta like them but not really because they don’t hold a charge throughout the day

Great sound but the design of the headphones itself is really uncomfortable
