    The left one after one week broke. The right one barely you can hear anything. This is the 3rd time I buy this and always have problems. It is my fault I guess to keep buying. Of course I cant return it because the first time I did that, the customer service woman was very rude and told me that they cant take it back because I bought it online.

    Do not buy. Their return window is so small. purchased listed in Excellent condition and received Good showing obvious signs of wear. They barely hold a charge for more than one hour of talk time. The listing's condition was misrepresented, and the performance is severely degraded.

    Brand new airpods mic doesn't work for first few seconds and up to two minutes at the start of every zoom call. Other airpods work fine it's only these, seem to be defective. Now I have to either throw them out, or arrange for a complicated in store review process to get them replaced. Really wish I hadn't bought these.

    I love my Apple airpods. Unfortunately, I have hearing issues so the hearing aid application on them is very useful.

    The airpods case stopped working & now the airpods won’t charge, I got them Dec. 24th and it stopped working mid January.

    The AirPods work fine. My issue is when we took them out of the box, they had already been connected to someone else's phone. I did not purchase or pay for a refurbished item, so was somewhat disappointed in that. Would have expected more from you all.
