They don’t work as well don’t recommend I am dissatisfied.

Too small they pop out my ears. Bring back the longer skinnier ear pods 1 -st Generation

My order was never delivered. Fed ex reports that they lost it and I am having a hard time getting in touch with someone at Best Buy.

The seller is no good have a product for about 30 days and no longer working and they can say is it's a 15 day return policy that's very sad what the corporate world is doing get your money and your stuck with the junk.

I bought this item online. I received an empty box. The box was not sealed properly and I assume someone grabbed my item before it reached my porch. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a refund. I won’t be shopping online at this site again, I’d highly advise to pick up your purchases directly from the store

The headphones I bought are defective. I’m not able to switch anything while using the headphones such as even using Siri or tapping to end a call or tapping to change music or

They don’t stay connect I have to constantly re pair them

I returned, For my Granddaughter and they didn't work.

The sound quality seemed very off, and sounded very washed out compared to my AirPods 3 and other speakers in general.

Sounds distorted. The original AirPods were way better sounding and functionally. These are pretty trash. I’d probably use these for a younger child, but not at that price point

I turned the AirPods in because they keep going on and I got some more and they still having the same issue. And know I’m stick with broken AirPods.

The ear buds are too fat. It doesn't stay in my ear. Too easy to lose. I wouldn't recommend purchasing again.

The quality on these AirPods are not great. You can hear everyone talk. The original EarPods are a lot better the second and third version and the pros but this it looks very cheap made. That’s why I think it cost 129.

Firstly, I was not helped by anyone at the Best Buy I went to. It took at least 15-minutes to grt anyone's attention to help me. So that was frustrating on its own. No need to buy these headphones. They stop working after about 2-weeks of use. The sound quality is lacking compared to cheaper headphones. They hardly stay in my ears. The battery life is extremely short, and they're impossible to charge. Either save your money and get a cheaper pair, or splurge on actual quality headphones.
