It is so weird because they seem new but they sometimes sound like they are exploding in my ears. like they make weird exploding sounds and then other times they work okay. I am waiting to get a deal directly from apple. Overall, i have been unlcuky with these!

I’m so sad over this purchase. Bought open box, product said excellent condition. Right AirPod never worked and left was so so. Upon looking closely AirPods looked dented as if they had been used used. However I was leaving out of the country the next day and didn’t meet the 15 day return policy so I’m stuck with this bad purchase.

My husband does not like these! They don’t stay in his ears very well or stay in the case. If the case is dropped they fly all over the floor!

Air pods were delivered to wrong house and Best Buy refuses to make it right. Horrible customer service.

This are not so great they hurt the person ears since it has nothing soft like cushion . So not has great has i though for a Christmas gift

The fit inside your ear is very uncomfortable and they are not always clear.

I was told by the sales rep that these would charge wirelessly with a MagSafe charger. I tried multiple MagSafe chargers and they didn’t work. I bought a special case to “improve” the wireless charging and it didn’t help either. Today, I discovered that these do not charge wirelessly, which was the only reason why I wanted to upgrade. I feel misled and super disappointed that I can’t exchange or return them because there is only a 2 week warranty.

We returned these for the samsung buds pro2. They just didn't feel right in your ears and ultimately doesn't sound as good either.

Didn't work as good as the older gen.. hurt my ears bad.. and sound was bad as well..

Not Gud battery problem I am disappointed wasting my money

I didn’t receive my product and this isn’t fair I spent my money and couldn’t get a refund nor a option to pick up item in store

I bought before after few months of use they are not working any more if I charge they died so quick no power.

I bought these for my son for his birthday and one of the AirPods is already not charging.

One earbud stopped working after less than a month

EarPods were large for the inner ear and they didn’t stay in. I’m not happy with them

Poor quality headphones first impression out the box was the cheap feeling of the case considering I “upgraded” from 2nd gen is just disappointing. Apple just tries to cut as many corners as possible now.(and why did they think it was a good idea to squeeze the earbuds instead of how it used to be touch)
