I had selected the used Air Pods 4 with good quality but unfortunately, their voice is low. I am already using Airpods 2 and their voice is far better. I believe this product had this defect. Thanks to Buy Best return policy, it was quite easy for me to return.

Started having connectively and sound issues just a couple weeks after purchase. Initially it was individuals I was calling would randomly not be able to hear me in the middle of a call, but I could hear them. Recently, the left AirPod will start making an odd squeaking noise and then cut out in the middle of a call.

I can hear fine when playing music but when talking on the phone i have to have both earbuds in my ear to hear the person talking. I took it back to best buy for assistance and was told i only had 15 days to bring it back and i didnt pirchase some type to plan. Which is ridiculous. This is my last time buying airpods. Maybe i need to give beats a try

I gave them for a Christmas present. I found out yesterday when the person tried them that they were terrible. I called to return the gift and was told I could not. It hasn’t been 30 days from when the gift was given. I’m not pleased with this type of customer service and will never use Best Buy again for any purchases. I was a great customer and will find somewhere else to shop.

I don’t recommend these AirPods. I loved the AirPods that were first released. They lasted me years! These new generation AirPods don’t have a button on the back to connect to other devices. They will only pair with one iPhone. I cannot pair them with any other devices. They don’t show up

I really dislike them. The ear size is much larger than the AirPods 2. They don’t fit properly fit, hurt my ears. I even bought nonslip covers, but still terrible. Do not recommend unless you try them on and make sure they fit you.

I write this review as a highly dissatisfied Apple shareholder. This line of airpods should not be sold!!! They do not fit your ears, consistently fall out, the charging case constantly opens on its own. I lost both pair within one week. I have had my first gens for 3 years, and still have BOTH. This product is HORRIBLE, take it off the shelf!!!!!

This is the third pair I’ve purchased in the last few years. These broke too. One of the buds stops connecting and I get no sound. I’m done with Apple audio products.
