I don't think it's fair that for the price, it doesn't come with a charging cable. Otherwise, it's a good device and really effective.

They are good, but the battery life does not last long.

I ordered it on 12/7, as a Christmas present to my granddaughter. Today, one day after Christmas, I still haven’t received the item and I don’t know or if it will be delivered. The Customer Support people are clueless and didn’t offer any solution other than “wait and see”, maybe it’ll arrive by December 27. Terrible!!!

Don’t really stay or fit comfortable in ear constantly falls out not good for working out

Awful.. Completely stopped working after having them for less than 2 months… very frustrating and disappointing. I will be contacting service department for help.

I am very frustrated writing this review because I think I have been very understanding of the circumstances. Long story short, I initially purchased these headphones for my boyfriend in October for his 25th Birthday and with every Apple product we get I add Apple care to it for issues like this. For some weird reason, we’ve had to return these headphones for different ones about 3 times. He got otp with Apple care a month ago because the pods refuse to charge in the case (either the right or left pods). After the return window expired on the ones once he got replaced he decided to call Apple Care. Their solution was for him to send the troubled pod to them so they can examine it to make sure it’s faulty before they send him another one. Or he has to wait 3 weeks after he sends Apple the entire AirPods to get a whole new one. He is in North Carolina and the closest Apple Store to him is about 2 hours away. This is so upsetting because these were meant to be a gift to celebrate him and for him to understand the love a care I have for him instead it’s been a freaking NIGHTMARE!!!!!

I’ve purchased a few set if airpods because apple is monopolistic and not being regulated. These are the cheapest, poorest quality ones I’ve purchased. Avoid buying these. Spring for the pro model

Didn’t fit, had to return and go back to my AirPods gen 2.

The quality of this item is not good. Using them while calling has the voice of the person constantly breaking up. Unable to hear.

Air pods doesn’t work properly. The volume randomly adjusts

Right earpod stopped working after 6 months. It does not connect unless the left airpod is working. Won't hold the charge and get really hot after a brief use. Tried to call the support line but agents are always busy.

No hold .. keeps falling and doesn’t stay in place

Very disappointed. This new design of AirPod does not stay in my ear at all. I've watched the "fitting" video and tried a few things, but they fall out very easily. Older models and the Pros were differently designed and offered little silicon adjustment covers.

Been having problems with connecting to my new iPhone

Pretty much use them seven days out of the week. These things are awesome.

Problem is keeping them 8n the ears as there are no different size tips

Terrible overall, nodding doesn’t work , ending call 50/50 sometimes works sometimes not My old AirPods from 2020 was much better

"Open Box" item but it looks like it was cracked and chewed on when they put it in the box
