I love my Apple airpods. Unfortunately, I have hearing issues so the hearing aid application on them is very useful.

exceeded my expectations good and great price i think

The left one after one week broke. The right one barely you can hear anything. This is the 3rd time I buy this and always have problems. It is my fault I guess to keep buying. Of course I cant return it because the first time I did that, the customer service woman was very rude and told me that they cant take it back because I bought it online.

I ordered this item for a Christmas gift. I did not receive the item. Best Buy will not give me a refund. I had to buy the item from another store for a Christmas present.

I upgraded from AirPods 3 to 4 thinking it was going to be better because the old ones were dying faster than usual. Unfortunately, the new ones are trash. It’s not loud and you can only hear clear when your in a quiet room.

Brand new airpods mic doesn't work for first few seconds and up to two minutes at the start of every zoom call. Other airpods work fine it's only these, seem to be defective. Now I have to either throw them out, or arrange for a complicated in store review process to get them replaced. Really wish I hadn't bought these.

I thought this will be better than the first and second generation, but this 4th generation are big for my ears and it falls out easily.

They fall out my ears constantly. I bought the rubber covers for them also. Those didnt help at all

The quality on these AirPods are not great. You can hear everyone talk. The original EarPods are a lot better the second and third version and the pros but this it looks very cheap made. That’s why I think it cost 129.

I lost one so now they one that I have isn’t working the best but still good purchases just need to replace them.

The right AirPod started making a crackling sound. I took them in under warranty, but they repaired the left one instead. The right AirPod is still not working.

Low volume. They don’t get loud. Hard to hear. Would not buy again!

Do not buy. Their return window is so small. purchased listed in Excellent condition and received Good showing obvious signs of wear. They barely hold a charge for more than one hour of talk time. The listing's condition was misrepresented, and the performance is severely degraded.

Best Buy lost my order and never sent me a replacement. After 2 agents, one a supervisor stated they would issue my replacement order they did not hold their word. They kept my money and never gave me my product.

Nothing like the other airpods. If you lose it good luck, the case doesn’t have a speaker. Also it doesnt have the extra effect just plain regular headphones. I will be buying the 2nd generation in place of these!

The sound quality seemed very off, and sounded very washed out compared to my AirPods 3 and other speakers in general.

Firstly, I was not helped by anyone at the Best Buy I went to. It took at least 15-minutes to grt anyone's attention to help me. So that was frustrating on its own. No need to buy these headphones. They stop working after about 2-weeks of use. The sound quality is lacking compared to cheaper headphones. They hardly stay in my ears. The battery life is extremely short, and they're impossible to charge. Either save your money and get a cheaper pair, or splurge on actual quality headphones.
