Love my Apple AirPods. I hear and speak clearly with them. Very comfortable in my ears

I absolutely love the Apple AirPods 4. From the first use, the connection with my iPhone was immediate, which is something I really appreciate. As soon as I take them out of the case, they pair instantly and are ready to use without any extra steps. The sound quality is very good. Audio feels clear and well-balanced, whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. For everyday use, the sound performance is more than satisfying and meets my expectations perfectly. They are also very easy and comfortable to use for daily activities. Everything works smoothly, which is exactly what I look for in Apple products. The overall experience feels simple, reliable, and seamless. Overall, I’m extremely happy with these AirPods and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for easy connectivity, good sound quality, and a great Apple ecosystem experience.

High-quality and clear audio on calls. Must I use them for calls? And its battery life is so good. I don't need to charge it again and again.

The item itself has worked well, the sound is optimal. However, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! Aiden, seemed to be upset that I wanted my items in an undamaged box and proceeded to throw my AirPods and IPad Air on the counter. When I politely handed the items back to him, he became angry, yet, shocked that he did not get e reaction out of me for such appalling behavior. I love Best Buy, but hate the service I received for such a large purchase.

I absolutely love the sound quality of these earbuds, and I love that if I take one out of my ear, it won’t hang up my phone calls. They stay secure in my ears for hours and don’t leave my ears feeling like they took a beating. I’m actually on my second pair of them due to loosing my first pair. Definitely worth the extra purchase!

Ear pod sound system is very good no noise so soft in the ears easy to used without itches to your ears

I updated my airpods to these 4's. So glad I did. The charge last so much longer than my old ones. The sound is amazing. Wearing these I could walk all day!!

I'm normally not a fan of earbuds & find many of them to be uncomfortable, but these fit well! I prefer the hard piece that rests in my ear rather than the silicone "ear plug" type of earbuds. I worry about ear infections or hearing loss with those kind. I wish the battery life was longer on any of the AirPods but I think that's an issue for all earbuds or wireless headphones.

Great quality sound and great price. Always need a pair so the fact that you all also have price matching is a plus. Will by again from Best Buy when I need a new pair.
