The sound is good, so is there microphone. My only gripe is the shape of the earpod. Sometimes it feels as if it’s going to fall out of my ear if im not upright, and even then, i find myself readjusting often. This wasn’t the case with second generation airpods, i almost wish they’d kept the shape the same. It’s unfortunate for how expensive it was.

These babies are the best. I’m not putting them down until the battery is at 0%.

The young man who assisted me with my purchase was very knowledgeable about the product, very polite and over a helpful employee. He kindly assisted me in getting them set up with my phone and walked me through that process, as I explained to him that I am old and technology challenged.

My granddaughter loved her previous AirPods, which someone else loved more and took them as she was working out at her college gym. I replaced the loss with the AirPods 4, that came up on my Best Buy phone email. I got a sale price, she loves the new upgraded AirPods and I appreciated the sale notice that saved me money on the replacement. It was easy home delivery too.

It was a good decision to make this choice. I use them paired with over the ears.
