My job gets noisy so I love that the volume will shift up and down when it senses the noice levels around me.

Regret purchase

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the end of November and by April, the volume went out on one side and the other side was really low in volume even at Max volume. I have the 2 year warranty so I was able to send them off for repair. I was told they had to be replaced but they were the same airpods and I knew this because of small scratches on the case. The volume is fixed to a certain degree but nowhere how it was just a few months ago. The noise cancelation no longer worked. I was going to send back but I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks to end up getting the same pair back again so now im just dealing with them until I purchase another pair somewhat else.
