Air Pods 4 Not an Improved Model

They don’t fit comfortably or securely … can be easily knocked out. The tap feature is not an improvement over prior models. Not responsive to tapping to end a call. I thought they were faulty since they were unresponsive but finally on day 12 found the invisible button on the stem to click

Trade-In Apple Airpods

They explained all about the trading program which I didn't know about and glad I had my old ones with me. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
