I love the AirPods 4! They have a fit that’s very similar to the AirPods 2 but feel even more comfortable. If you’ve had trouble with earbuds not staying in your ears, these are definitely worth trying—they fit much better and stay secure. My order was shipped with an empty airpod box with no headphones and no case. Called best buy and they told me they can not give me a replacement nor a refund. They also told me they can not do anything for me and said just contact law enforcement. The fedex box was damaged and was relabeled. Bad service…

Terrible my airpods didnt even come in the box. And when i try to call and get my money back i call multiple departments and said thwy will and its been 2 weeks and i still havent got nothing yall have terrible service. Yall are real life scammers

After a week, my left airpod stopped working!! Never dropped them, got them way, etc. Kept them clean and tried everything. Item was defective.
