The sound quality is noticeably better than previous generations, with clear highs, balanced mids, and a richer sound overall. Pairing with my iPhone was instant and seamless, just like you’d expect with Apple gear. They stayed connected reliably whether I was walking around the house or on a commute. Battery life is solid too — up to about 5 hours of listening per charge, and up to ~30 hours total with the case, which easily gets me through a few days of regular use. I appreciate the simple controls and intuitive design. They don’t isolate noise as much as the AirPods Pro does (because they don’t use silicone tips), but if you’re like me and prefer that open, airy feel, these are perfect. And the option for Active Noise Cancellation (on versions with ANC) adds impressive quiet without sacrificing comfort. Overall, they’ve been a joy to use every day — reliable, comfortable, and a real step up in sound and performance from older AirPods models. My order was shipped with an empty airpod box with no headphones and no case. Called best buy and they told me they can not give me a replacement nor a refund. They also told me they can not do anything for me and said just contact law enforcement. The fedex box was damaged and was relabeled. Bad service…

Terrible my airpods didnt even come in the box. And when i try to call and get my money back i call multiple departments and said thwy will and its been 2 weeks and i still havent got nothing yall have terrible service. Yall are real life scammers

After a week, my left airpod stopped working!! Never dropped them, got them way, etc. Kept them clean and tried everything. Item was defective.
