    The AirPods are great! And the customer service was very nice and helpful also. I can’t provide a picture because they’re wrapped in wrapping paper for Christmas.

    The sound is great, volume adjustable and can be very high and the noise cancelling is good as well. Only a bit big for people with small ears, otherwise great

    Incredible sound, especially if you have an iPhone, they're among the best. The only downside is that they're not very comfortable for my ears; after 20 minutes, the inside of my ear starts to hurt.

    I had lost my AirPods generation 1 and I was so upset. I bought these AirPods 4 and it sounds crisp, clear, loud. I like these just as much as the ones I had lost if not better.
