    My AirPod 4's purchase was the best purchase I have made as far as Bluetooth. The sound is excellent. I had Beats before this purchase, and I am so glad I decided to switch to AirPods!!!

    It’s a great product in general I have had plenty headphones from Apple. This is not necessarily an issue with best buy but not have a charger in box for new device is ludicrous as it’s been difficult to find a charger for new device.

    The AirPod four they are OK. I still would rather use the generation before because the way they fit in my ear. Overall qualities is great.
