Excellent but too big for my ear it keeps coming out

Purchased in August, and now in November the case is not charging. I’ve attempted to troubleshoot various ways and still no charge. Earbuds work fine, but case will not charge.

After a week, my left airpod stopped working!! Never dropped them, got them way, etc. Kept them clean and tried everything. Item was defective.

Terrible my airpods didnt even come in the box. And when i try to call and get my money back i call multiple departments and said thwy will and its been 2 weeks and i still havent got nothing yall have terrible service. Yall are real life scammers

I’ve caught myself re-listening to old playlists just to hear what I’ve been missing. They pair with my iPhone in seconds (literally, it’s like they’re reading my mind), and the battery life is seriously impressive. I’ve worn them through long flights, gym sessions, and Netflix binges with no problem. And the noise cancellation? Unreal. I popped these in at the coffee shop, and the chaos around me melted away. It’s like having a personal mute button for the world. Bonus points for how comfy they are—even after hours, no ear fatigue. They stay put during runs, and I barely notice them. If you’re on the fence, just do it. These earbuds are everything I hoped for and more. Apple nailed it.

I ordered a pair of AirPods and a few other multiple items. when the items arrived at my house, the brown packing tape had already been cut open and somebody had removed everything out of the box and put clear plastic tape to reseal it. Police report was filed. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review because Best Buy chose a incompetent company like DoorDash to deliver expensive electronic merchandise. I am not sure if I am ever going to order anything online from Best Buy again going forward because I do not trust I will not have to go through the same thing that I just went through.
