Sound quality is fine. They work well. Easy to use. Set up is a breeze. Functionality between these and the iPhone are very well done. However, the left earbud kept falling out during workouts so unfortunately I had to return them for a different style earbud. But would still recommend them.

This product is awesome. Very loud and suitable for all ears. Although these are not the noise cancellation ones they still are amazing and sound great.

The item itself has worked well, the sound is optimal. However, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! Aiden, seemed to be upset that I wanted my items in an undamaged box and proceeded to throw my AirPods and IPad Air on the counter. When I politely handed the items back to him, he became angry, yet, shocked that he did not get e reaction out of me for such appalling behavior. I love Best Buy, but hate the service I received for such a large purchase.

Due to the fact that I had the Pros until someone stole them, I decided to get these as a quick steal. They are a little more comfortable than the pros, but if I had known, I would have purchased ones that had noise cancellation. In general, a good purchase.

I am extremely satisfied with the earpods, no problem with the sound, and it has good good connection.

I’ve been using AirPods for a long time, and these are a really nice upgrade from my Gen 2. The sound quality is better right away, especially the clarity, and they feel more comfortable in my ears. I use them when I exercise, including running, and they stay in my ears without any issues. That alone was a big win for me. Setup was instant like always, switching between Apple devices is effortless, and battery life has been solid so far. If you’re coming from older AirPods and debating an upgrade, these are definitely worth it. They keep everything I like about AirPods and improve on it in the right ways.
