I ordered this item on August 16, 2025. On October 1st, still haven’t received the item. Talked to Best Buy customer service and they were of no help. The person who helped me over the phone had a strong accent when speaking English and was in an extremely loud environment, I couldn’t hear a thing. You’d think they’d hire customer service representatives that were more proficient in English when speaking to English speaking customers. Thank you Best Buy for your terrible customer service and for trying to rip me off. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Airpods dont track with iphone 16. Have tried everything.

The Quality of sound is not to good as well as the battery doesn’t hold a full charge

Im using this product first time. so i like this airpods.

Thought airpod came with charger so now I need to buy one .

Bought them refurbished and after a montj of purchasing they stopped connecting to my phone calls so i just use them to listen to music

I have had my original iPods forever. Got these as my old ones wore out. The fit is… not for me. While they aren’t noise cancelling it was like they wanted to fall out. And I could hear everything. Ended up returning hoping someone would like better.

Sound is good but the fitment is not good , it’s easy to slip off your ears

Someone used my cart number to purchase items illegally and it was delivered to a man in a car bestbuy knows my address because I've purchase multiple things and the pictures aren't even my on my block and you want a review that's sad i know I could never buy there again buyers beware

I got these to replace my Airpods 3 that had died and I was VERY disappointed with the 4 hour battery life. I returned them and got the Powerbeats Pro. With these I have to use an earpiece holder. I think Powerbeats Pro will replace the Airpods. They have with me. I am catching this on sale for $50 off. I need to nab them while I can to replace the aging Airpods 3. I always have two pair so I am trading the other Airpods 3 in for another Powerbeats Pro.

For pricing it’s alright. I will be returning because the the AirPod first generation sounded with better quality as well as it glitches with a single AirPod in.

Overall the air pods have great sound but they just don’t fit well in the ear. It always feels like I need to push them further into my ear but can’t.

The lid of AirPods is a little loose i don’t know if it’s an apple issue . And the touch sensors on AirPods are really unresponsive

I don't think it's fair that for the price, it doesn't come with a charging cable. Otherwise, it's a good device and really effective.

The Biggest disappointment is when on call the surrounding noise is so loud & clear to the person on the otherside is very disappointment!! The true active noise cancellation of surrounding world be amazing. I still would recommend AirPods 2.

They work well. The volume is a little low at times, however, I"m pleased with my purchase so far.

They seem to be a little too big for my ears and fall out frequently.

Volume on them sucks don’t buy them not worth the money.

Like them but they aren’t very loud… not sure why and they are brand new
