Love my Apple AirPods. I hear and speak clearly with them. Very comfortable in my ears

I absolutely love the Apple AirPods 4. From the first use, the connection with my iPhone was immediate, which is something I really appreciate. As soon as I take them out of the case, they pair instantly and are ready to use without any extra steps. The sound quality is very good. Audio feels clear and well-balanced, whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or taking calls. For everyday use, the sound performance is more than satisfying and meets my expectations perfectly. They are also very easy and comfortable to use for daily activities. Everything works smoothly, which is exactly what I look for in Apple products. The overall experience feels simple, reliable, and seamless. These are the first airpods i have owned and i am very satisfied. Connection to phone was quick and easy. The sound is very clear and once i figured out how to adjust in ears comfortable.

The sound quality on these is significantly better than the pair I was replacing (Apple brand). Also, the battery life of the pods and the charger is much better than my prior set.

I got these for my bf for his birthday and he told me they were the best gift I have ever given to him! Sound is great!

The item itself has worked well, the sound is optimal. However, the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! Aiden, seemed to be upset that I wanted my items in an undamaged box and proceeded to throw my AirPods and IPad Air on the counter. When I politely handed the items back to him, he became angry, yet, shocked that he did not get e reaction out of me for such appalling behavior. I love Best Buy, but hate the service I received for such a large purchase.
