    First time buying AirPods, overall not impressed at all. They barely stay in my ears and shift around and fall out when I’m working out. Other than that, they’re headphones. Nothing too crazy. Incredible customer service, though. They’re beyond helpful and always look for the best deals for you.

    They have good quality in sound! The only issue if you have larger ears they don’t sit in place well. Overall good purchase!

    I traded in my old AirPods for new ones and the staff at the Utica location could not have been nicer. They explained all about the trading program which I didn't know about and glad I had my old ones with me. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
