The type I chose was too small and I need noise cancellation

The AirPod is too big for my hear, I rather the AirPods gen. 2

Overall sound quality is good but the AirPods won't stay connected if you leave the room.

I will never shop Best Buy again product stopped working in 19 days no refund or replacement offered

I’m disappointed with these AirPods. Main gripes are that they do not fit securely and constantly fall out… this isn’t what you want for wireless ear buds. Second is there is this strange sound that happens frequently, like a scratching noise while listening to music or without anything playing… the AirPod pros are 10x better and worth paying a little extra.

I feel like I have to strain to hear someone speak on a phonecall. I’ve tried editing the settings and its still not good! I recently upgraded from the 2nd generation that treated me so good for 5 years! I only upgraded because as of recent, it would die after a minute on a phone call, even when fully charged. Was excited to upgrade to the Airpods 4…only for the 4 to sound WORSE, with poorer quality than my 2nd generation.

I had theses airpods for about 2 months i took good care of them out of nowhere they dont want to turn on, it wont charge or anything they just dont want to work anymore. Just save your money or go buy the airpod pros. Its way more better then these the pros you can turn up and turn down the volume, the pros have way better audio in my opinion, sounds crisp. DO NOT GET THE 4th GEN!!! Get the pros

I am very disappointed. These earbuds keep slipping out of my ear, and there is no way to adjust them. So, I do not wear them.

Bought Apple air pods and there was a trade of $35. Of course when I got to store to pick up, they said they couldn’t verify the trade. No credit given!

I ordered this item on August 16, 2025. On October 1st, still haven’t received the item. Talked to Best Buy customer service and they were of no help. The person who helped me over the phone had a strong accent when speaking English and was in an extremely loud environment, I couldn’t hear a thing. You’d think they’d hire customer service representatives that were more proficient in English when speaking to English speaking customers. Thank you Best Buy for your terrible customer service and for trying to rip me off. Pathetic excuse of a company.

Airpods dont track with iphone 16. Have tried everything.

Im using this product first time. so i like this airpods.

Bought them refurbished and after a montj of purchasing they stopped connecting to my phone calls so i just use them to listen to music

Thought airpod came with charger so now I need to buy one .

The Quality of sound is not to good as well as the battery doesn’t hold a full charge

Someone used my cart number to purchase items illegally and it was delivered to a man in a car bestbuy knows my address because I've purchase multiple things and the pictures aren't even my on my block and you want a review that's sad i know I could never buy there again buyers beware

I have had my original iPods forever. Got these as my old ones wore out. The fit is… not for me. While they aren’t noise cancelling it was like they wanted to fall out. And I could hear everything. Ended up returning hoping someone would like better.
