These are my fourth pair of AirPods and they're the worst I've ever owned. They're awful. The first generation ones were so much better than these.

Nothing like the other airpods. If you lose it good luck, the case doesn’t have a speaker. Also it doesnt have the extra effect just plain regular headphones. I will be buying the 2nd generation in place of these!

They won’t stay in my ears and I Constantly have to adjust the settings.

The sound quality seemed very off, and sounded very washed out compared to my AirPods 3 and other speakers in general.

Absolutely ZERO noice cancellation. They fall out of the ear easily. Best Buy says you get Apple fitness etc for free when you buy them and it’s impossible to redeem. I am looking to return this.

purchased early December but opened on my bday late december. Can not get it to work properly will be going back into best buy this month to see why it is not working right. Disappointed

Firstly, I was not helped by anyone at the Best Buy I went to. It took at least 15-minutes to grt anyone's attention to help me. So that was frustrating on its own. No need to buy these headphones. They stop working after about 2-weeks of use. The sound quality is lacking compared to cheaper headphones. They hardly stay in my ears. The battery life is extremely short, and they're impossible to charge. Either save your money and get a cheaper pair, or splurge on actual quality headphones.

No customer support and i have received damaged product and they are not support on this. Totally money waste

I bought this item online. I received an empty box. The box was not sealed properly and I assume someone grabbed my item before it reached my porch. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a refund. I won’t be shopping online at this site again, I’d highly advise to pick up your purchases directly from the store

Hard ear no soft rubber for comfort, not good product for price out dated!

Goes in and out and sometimes sounds robotic when I am on the phone.

They had a very distinct smell when i first bought them. They were still a purchase I had to make because I didnt have headphones.

Kept falling out of my ears. Not worth the money spent on them. Had to purchase another brands ear buds.

Stopped working after a few months of wearing won’t charge

Horrible quality. My daughter said that she could barely hear out of them and they keep falling out of her ear. I would never buy them again.

The seller is no good have a product for about 30 days and no longer working and they can say is it's a 15 day return policy that's very sad what the corporate world is doing get your money and your stuck with the junk.

I was told by the sales rep that these would charge wirelessly with a MagSafe charger. I tried multiple MagSafe chargers and they didn’t work. I bought a special case to “improve” the wireless charging and it didn’t help either. Today, I discovered that these do not charge wirelessly, which was the only reason why I wanted to upgrade. I feel misled and super disappointed that I can’t exchange or return them because there is only a 2 week warranty.

Not happy. They won’t stay in my ears! Worse Apple product ever

I’m so sad over this purchase. Bought open box, product said excellent condition. Right AirPod never worked and left was so so. Upon looking closely AirPods looked dented as if they had been used used. However I was leaving out of the country the next day and didn’t meet the 15 day return policy so I’m stuck with this bad purchase.
