Great audio quality and fit, long lasting battery life

I love these things!! I’m always losing my headphones and I can just pull up the Find My app and track it down! Sound is great and I got the new look! Keep it up, Apple!!

These work great! I like the slightly smaller design, it fits better into your ear without causing pain, especially when usuibg headphones while you’re laying down

We absolutely love our AirPods — the sound quality and ease of use are amazing. On top of that, the service at Best Buy in Palm Beach Gardens was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience seamless. We felt genuinely taken care of and are definitely looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Sound quality and battery life excelente I recommend this product

Comfortable AirPods. I like the noise canceling feature. I use them to make phone calls. The case is small enough I fit into my wallet.

I’m an Apple fan but these don’t fit my ear properly. They keep falling out. I even bought extra fandangles to keep them attached and it barely helps. I may have to sell them and go with an android brand. I’m disappointed to say the least, my first Apple product that failed me. Sound quality is good. Connectivity is good. Fit is not so good, would even be able to take a walk or hit the gym as they would fall out. Case is smaller than the 3 and actual headphone is shorter than previous models. Ordered for delivery, delivery was terrible, it didn’t not arrive in the time allotted, had to be chasing for a follow up. No sort of compensation was offered for the delay/ inconvenience. The box was wrapped in some kind of adhesive so when that was removed it tore up the outside of the box

For the price I paid they aren’t bad at all the sound is decent call quality is good securely worth it if you can catch em on sale. Can get 12 plus hours on the battery

Perfect fit, they don’t fall out of my ears and the volume level is great. The battery life is absolutely great they last me days sometimes.

I recently purchased the Apple AirPods 4 from Best Buy as an open-box item, and it turned out to be an excellent bargain. The original price was $129.99, but I purchased them for $71.95 and received an additional $20 trade-in credit for my older AirPods, bringing the final cost down to only $51.95. For that price, these were definitely worth it. The AirPods 4 work very well and fit comfortably in my ears. I mainly use them at the gym and sometimes while working from home. The audio quality sounds great, and I especially enjoy the bass boost when listening to music. Even though this version does not include noise cancellation, I was completely fine with that considering the low price and overall value. The only downside I’ve noticed is with the “Find My” feature on my iPhone. The beeping alert for locating a misplaced AirPod does not play immediately, and when it finally does, the sound is very low. Because of that, I’ll probably purchase an AirPods case tracker for extra peace of mind in case I misplace them. Overall, I would give the AirPods 4 a 5-star rating because of the amazing discount, solid performance, comfortable fit, and great sound quality.

They barely sit in my ear correctly. Sound quality is good and their battery life is amazing. For a budget pair of headphones they aren’t bad. Just be prepared for them to awkwardly fall out of your ears.

Well needed new airpods and decided on newer model for better sound, they work great and were ready in stock. Much better sound than my original airpods and much better connection. Good in-person service from best buy and product new as shown.
