My daughter got these because she lost her old pair. I purchased this updated version which is series 4. My daughter said she loved the sound quality and comfort of wearing these while listening to her music and taking phone calls.

I really Love and enjoy using my air pod 4 . I really like the fact that they actually fit in my ear and they don't slide out like the previous air pods pros i owned.

Good product. I basically use them everyday. It helps me stay focused at my desk, writing. And out and about? It helps me manage the environment around me. I charge the case every 3-4 days, if you want an idea of how much I use them. The case is supposed to get me 24 hours. And the AirPods on a full charge give you 6 hours of use, totaling 30 hours total.

I got this because I am new to the iPhone family. Honestly I really like the feeling of them in my air. Something I even forget they are in there. No matter how long I have them in my ears are not irritated. Love the sound quality.

Purchased brand new AirPods 4 at Best Buy. Sound quality and connectivity are great and the case doesn’t require frequent charging.

I like them Good Audio, No Problems with the model, Would give it a 4 but it’s not best buy fault but apples fault, my ears are somewhat small so with the solid fit to does hurt a bit overtime but it’s not a best buy issue but a apple issue, other then that no complaints.

Sound is great on these and they stay charged for a while!

Best ear-pods I have used in a while. I enjoy the way they hold in my ear and the clear quality of them.

It's really convenient, easy to use and has clear audio reception, except it's easy to loss due to no lock for safety to prevent from falling off your ear. I lost my 1st Apple AirPods (left ear). This is my 2nd Airpods. I almost lost it again, luckily I found it. Hopefully, I will be able to use it for a long time. ASchwandner
