I bought these for my husband because he had the 3rd generation AirPods and one was not working anymore. He really likes the sound of these headphones and also the smaller earbud. I ordered a pair of AirPods online for ship to home and I was sent a Samsung charger kit instead of the AirPods. I went to the store in Fairfield Township and was assisted by Lennox and Gus. These two guys were outstanding. They were able to get me refunded and get me the correct product. I’m a retail manager myself and I understand that most reviews with comments are negative but I was so appreciative that they took the time to take care of my issue. Thank you Lennox and Gus!
