After a week, my left airpod stopped working!! Never dropped them, got them way, etc. Kept them clean and tried everything. Item was defective.

Bought for my son and he doesn’t like them. He says they won’t stay in his ears.

I was disappointed in these bc it didn’t come with a charger. That was so inconvenient

My son opened hix box and the earbuds were missing ftom the package. So sad to receive nothing as a christmas gift

My order was shipped with an empty airpod box with no headphones and no case. Called best buy and they told me they can not give me a replacement nor a refund. They also told me they can not do anything for me and said just contact law enforcement. The fedex box was damaged and was relabeled. Bad service…
