My issue is when we took them out of the box, they had already been connected to someone else's phone. I did not purchase or pay for a refurbished item, so was somewhat disappointed in that. Bought open box, product said excellent condition. Right AirPod never worked and left was so so. Upon looking closely AirPods looked dented as if they had been used used. However I was leaving out of the country the next day and didn’t meet the 15 day return policy so I’m stuck with this bad purchase.

It took at least 15-minutes to grt anyone's attention to help me. So that was frustrating on its own. No need to buy these headphones. They stop working after about 2-weeks of use. The sound quality is lacking compared to cheaper headphones. They hardly stay in my ears. The battery life is extremely short, and they're impossible to charge. Either save your money and get a cheaper pair, or splurge on actual quality headphones.
