they're too wide and fall out of my ear. I wish the noise cancelation could be turned off when not needed.

First red flag, this seller has a lot of low reviews. Packaging was not genuine, peel off was glued to the box. Did not came with braided cable, ear tips were scattered and won’t hold on place of packaging. This signs were enough to know it’s a fake. Connected to my phone and the warranty was already there until April 2027. Compared the seller and they told me it’s original. Took it to local best buy to return it and the associate who helped me return was also not sure about it being original.

I haven't given them to him yet but this is what he wanted!

The noise cancelling isn’t the best, but at least it’s there and it integrates well with the phone. No other issues.

I upgraded to these because my AirPod pros weren’t working as good as they use it… I live these but there a little to slippery I drop them a lot lol

Bought a gift two weeks in advance for my wife for her birthday. However the Airpods 4 do not fit for people with small ears/ear canals. Went to return them to the local West Lebanon store and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, was told that it was too late to return them. No exceptions. I will no longer buy anything directly from BestBuy because their return policy sucks. If they won't take back a gift that did not work out, why would I buy from them directly. They make Amazon look attractive.

Noise cancellation doesn’t compare to the Pros. Still much better than the originals though.
