These earbuds slip out of your ear so easy and I didn’t use theses for a while because they where not connecting 6 months i have to use them and they work but i hate these headphones force to use them everything back then was better. 1st generation December 20, 2016 air pods ❤️❤️❤️

Return perid is very short, want to return item but not allowed, less than 2 weeks is un fair return period

This AirPod is not good compared to the previous version due to its low Bluetooth coverage and connectivity.

I order the AirPod 4’s for my guy & we didn’t realize until last night that they weren’t the 4’s. He lives in Oregon & I live in Washington he didn’t want me to open it, he wanted to open them first. He was in prison for 15 years so he didn’t know the difference between the AirPods.

My AirPod is not good and I regret buying it from Best Buy. People kept telling me that they find it difficult to hear me and this is my second AirPod from Best Buy and I regret it.

Very disappointed that in just having them for a few weeks, the phones are starting to have issues. Very sad about it, and perhaps it’s best to wait this product out.

They are to low I can barley hear on them I don’t like them

Usually don't write reviews but feel this one is warranted...these are my 1st airpods and will be the last. I have had these for 6 mths no issues until now and for some reason the right side keeps disconnecting...cleaed the charge connections ...charged for 2 days straight....reconnect Bluetooth and still having this problem..would have expected a better product for the amount of money spent...apple products nvr again

Not working and best buy also not very helpful as it past return window

These are definitely not worth the price in my opinion. The sound quality is sub par, the fit is atrocious, and the noise cancelation is below average.

Stopped working not even a year after purchasing im so disappointed

I simply cannot figure out how they work. Instructions are obtuse and impossible to follow and I have given up. For me, this has been a worthless purchase.
