    The headphones have many features, but the comfort and quality are poor. Personally, they fall out when I try to run or exercise. It's a shame they don't have this version with the adjustable ear tips. I ended up returning one pair and giving the other away.

    It just falls all the time, forget about the bus, the gym, walking or working, I tried some tricks found on youtube, productos found on amazon, nothing works for me. Sound quality is ok.

    The connection to the phone could be a little better and quicker. Sometimes i put my headphones on noise cancellation it starts to static a little bit

    My son in law had to return them as they did not fit in his ears correctly. It has nothing to do with the quality of the product - they just didn't fit him.
