These AirPods are a great compliment to my AirPods Pro, as my ears can only take a lot two hours, but these I can wear comfortably for hours on end, The sound quality is significantly improved over the last couple of interactions, The noise reduction is quite good without being over the ear, or in ear sealed ear buds, Recommended, although the AirPod pros go on sale for $10 more that AirPod 4s with noise cancellation. Amazing sound, great noise canceling and easy to use.

These are the most comfortable earbuds I've had in a very long time. I wear it mostly at work and listen to audio books and music, but the great feature is that I can check a setting and still hear through the bud. Also the sound stops when I speak and automatically resumes when I'm no longer talking, which is very handy since I'm wearing gloves most of the time. This is the perfect partner to my new iPhone and a very happy purchase,

I had JBL for over a year and they are a solid product. The apple just overall work better with the iPhone. Also stay in my ears when running or being active.

Noise cancellation is amazing. Great for overstimulation or work where you still need to hear people talk but you can drown out all other noise Traditional apple fit, forget they are in quite often.

Apple made some nice enhancement to the sound of these. My daughter loves them. They connect easily to her iPhone and iPad depending on which one she is using and switch themselves automatically. A lot of tech in a small package. Good stuff. Would recommend.

The new AirPods gave me the same experience as the AirPods Pro but even better! I find this type of style AirPods to fit nicely in my ear then the rubbery ones. The quality is very nice and clear and I enjoy the noise cancellation feature just as much as the next person. Totally recommend these for yourself and as a gift.

Building on the foundation of the AirPods 3, this fourth-generation update brings minor but welcome improvements in fit, audio tuning, and connectivity — but leaves one major feature out of reach: active noise cancellation (ANC).

performance much better than I anticipated. I've owned several series of AirPods in the past, including the first and second iterations, and was all in on the AirPod Pros for their noise cancelling properties, which worked fantastic....until they didn't. Turns out, something with the AirPod Pros triggered severe allergic reactions in my ears which meant it was a a no go on any in-ear noise cancelling solution....which stinks as the over ear brands, while performing spectacularly, tend to take up more space in a back pack and can get uncomfortable when wearing glasses at the same time. So, when I head about the AirPod 4's with ANC and WITHOUT the silicone ear tips, I was cautiously optimistic. I've tried the Samsung ANC beans before and those left a ton to be desired in the ANC performance (I returned them), so i was skeptical that the AirPod 4 would be able to achieve any level of usable ANC. I have to say, I was way wrong. These things perform amazingly well in a variety of environments and do a more than adequate job of blocking outside noise, from a running vacuum around the house, to flying....the AirPods 4 hold up amazingly well and hold their own. I've tested several noisy environments with the AirPods 4 and my AirPod Max on ANC and while there is a difference in the performance between the two (as their should be), it is not in my estimation significantly appreciable of a difference. The biggest difference I'm noticed between the two is the battery life while using ANC. The Max will last through two full cross county flights, the AirPods, not so much...maybe one cross country flight. But nevertheless, color me impressed. Sound quality is an improvement over prior versions and I really like the ability to charge these wirelessly. My one complaint, and it applies to all versions of AirPods, when will we have the ability to paint them to more than one device at a time

If the AirPods Pro 2's just don't fit your ears, these are the headphones for you! While the ANC isn't as good as the AirPods Pro 2, it is still extremely impressive! Doubly so when you realize they have no passive noise cancellation like the AirPods Pro 2. The sound quality is excellent and the fit is comfortable. The only real downside is somewhat short battery life - about 4 hours when ANC is active.
