I felt the condition of the pods didn’t meet the requirements and the associates quickly agreed, reduced the price and I was on my way. Great customer service.

The fit feels loose. I’ve tried adjusting them multiple times, but I can’t seem to find a perfect balance. It’s a bit disappointing, especially considering how great the sound is.
