The sound is great, however the airpod keeps falling out of my ears. It is hard to keep it in place

Bought these in September and one stopped working and won't charge.

Hard to connect. I don’t know why. But other than that work fine

Don’t like them to much because they won’t stay in my ears so the calls keep going from the ear pods to the iPhone. I have to keep pushing them back in my ears and making sure I haven’t lost one from falling out of my ear.

They dont fit your ears very tight so moving and working out is an issue.

Great for gift for loved one or as early Christmas ideas.

I love the way they sound and minimize outside noise and react when I speak but they do not stay in my ears well at all!

I love everything about them except for the fact that they don’t stay in my ears. There has to be a practical way to keep them from falling out of my ears.

These are definitely not as nice as the pro, though that would have been another $80. My significant issue is that they tend to fall out of the ear when running. Next time I am going back to the pro.

Great AirPod and features. A bit big for my ears though

I have to date purchased 3 different models of the Apple AirPods. The sound cannot compare to my old Sony over the ear set. I still feel they will probably fall out if I try to go walking with them. They are fully charged and last night I put them on to watch a movie on my iPad. They kept stopping and the movie stopped with them. I finally was fed up and took them out and watched the movie without them.

Bought a gift two weeks in advance for my wife for her birthday. However the Airpods 4 do not fit for people with small ears/ear canals. Went to return them to the local West Lebanon store and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, was told that it was too late to return them. No exceptions. I will no longer buy anything directly from BestBuy because their return policy sucks. If they won't take back a gift that did not work out, why would I buy from them directly. They make Amazon look attractive.

These AirPods did not even last me long. They had stopped working and can not even use them like I want anymore. Too expensive to fix or replace without a protection plan! Definitely would appreciate if Best Buy would replace them at no cost for me

Don’t like as much as original model! Like the tap to advance and start and stop on other airpods

Don’t fit your ears good, the squeeze vs the old tap is dumb, stopped working after minimal use, doesnt register in my ear my generation 2s are 100x better don’t waste your money

Well that for this I have bought today, but I do not like the way they feel they come with no concussions or anything. It will fall out of my ears so I had to return it.

First red flag, this seller has a lot of low reviews. Packaging was not genuine, peel off was glued to the box. Did not came with braided cable, ear tips were scattered and won’t hold on place of packaging. This signs were enough to know it’s a fake. Connected to my phone and the warranty was already there until April 2027. Compared the seller and they told me it’s original. Took it to local best buy to return it and the associate who helped me return was also not sure about it being original.

Still trying to learn the product; therefore, I cannot give a true review.

Sound is really bad, hard to be heard and vice versa, my old airpods were better.
