She usually just wears only one in one ear and her friend wears the other one in her ear so they both can listen to the same music. Good sound quality. Really does have good noise cancelling.

Great sound, Bad fit

They were not made for runners or any one doing activities, they keep falling out of my ears if im doing anything other than sitting down. I never had this problem with my airpod pros. They are still good, but consider the airpod pros or you are an actuve person.
